DESIGN BREIF
The design brief encapsulates the vision of Lexus and the integration of luxury and sustainability. Reflecting on ‘the brand’s ethos and aesthetic and promoting its commitment to moving 100% to electric vehicles by 2035,’ the design must be innovative, interesting and immersive whilst also contemplating the future of the world and design. It must aim to educate customers on the mission of Lexus whilst including a high end retail space for sustainable lifestyle products ‘and a cafe/bar that serves breakfast, lunch and drinks at night.’ “Functionally, it must meet all requirements for a retail and hospitality space for both customers and employees, with a focus on accessibility and sustainability throughout.” The design must integrate and be inspired by one of the four supplied colour and trend forecasts.
